Graduate credit from CCSJ is intended to fulfill requirements for state license renewal and teacher salary lane change. Please obtain proper approval before registering.
Once you receive your grade report from MTI, you can request an official copy of you’re transcript from CCSJ via the following:
Navigate to the CCSJ website at www.ccsj.edu and scroll to the bottom of the page. Click on ‘Order My Transcript’ and follow the prompts.
CCSJ works with the National Student Clearinghouse when releasing transcripts to students. There is a nominal fee based on the type of official transcript a student requests.

Overnight Mail- $23.75
Hold for Pickup– No fee. Student will pickup from Advising department on CCSJ campus.
A transcript cannot be ordered by telephone or by email.
