Course Description:

This class is designed to help teachers identify and understand their natural talents, then build on those talents to create strengths. The course allows educators to gain key insights from research proving that talents are extremely powerful, and the influence of teaching with strengths on students has a dramatic long-term effect. Teachers will learn the difference between average and outstanding. Most importantly, educators will discover how to unleash their own talents.

Learning Outcomes/Competencies:

At the completion of this course, the learner will be able to:
